Am I guaranteed to stop smoking / vaping?

Hypnosis for quitting smoking or vaping can work for you if you are 100% ready and committed to stop smoking / vaping for good. If you don’t want to quit, or are doing it to please others, then it may not work for you.

How quickly will I notice results?

Most people will quit smoking or vaping in just one single session, whilst others find they greatly reduce the amount they smoke. A second session will be provided within one month, free of charge, if required.

How long is a stop smoking / vaping session?

A stop smoking session is approximately 90 minutes. A stop vaping session is approximately 60-90 minutes.

Will I gain weight if I stop smoking / vaping?

The hypnotherapy process is designed so that you will not replace cigarettes or vaping with food.

What should I do with my cigarettes / vapes before the hypnotherapy sessions?

It is up to you what you do with your old cigarettes /vapes. However, throwing away cigarettes and vapes that you will soon no longer need is a great way to demonstrate the commitment to yourself that you are ready to quit smoking or vaping for good.

Will I still be able to be around smokers?
